We’ve eaten breakfast & lunch at Mamas’, their Tex-Mex is good, but I’m gonna say you can find a bunch of great Tex-Mex in East Texas, but breakfast is a lot more limited. Because of that, I’m saying go to Mama’s for breakfast & get a Mexican breakfast! They’re the best! Not a big pancake eater but Mama’s has a great unique flavor. The wife gets the Huevos Rancheros, and I ALWAYS get the Machacha. It’s a great dish!
