Just across the road from your stay at “The Americana” is Mrs Lees’ Daffodil Garden. For a few short weeks in February or March, sometimes both, the daffodils bloom and the gardens open. Acres of the bright flowers put on their show each year. There are two small lakes, a cabin built in the 50’s, and a trainload of flowers, literally that’s how she brought them here. Check the schedule for when they’re likely to be in bloom and make your reservations! Oh, and the weather this time of year is normally perfect for being outside!!
